Common questions

How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from within the Dinna app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your personal data will be anonymized and purged from our servers. If you're having trouble, email us at support@patchly.media.
What's included in the Pro tier?
Pro includes Pantry Scout (AI-powered ingredient scanning), Recipe Finder (AI-suggested meals based on what you have), and Smart Schedule. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel: on iOS go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android go to Google Play → Subscriptions. You can also contact us and we'll help.
Is my household's meal data private?
Yes. Your meal data, voting history, and group information are only accessible to members of your household group. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How does Pantry Scout use my camera images?
When you use Pantry Scout, your image is sent to OpenAI's GPT-4o Vision API for ingredient identification and then discarded — we don't store the raw image after processing. Only Pro tier subscribers' images are ever sent to OpenAI. Free tier users' data is never sent to third-party AI services.
